The Learning Lamp partners with schools to implement tutoring programs aimed at enhancing student performance in classroom and on standardized tests like the PSSA. We tailor our services to meet the needs of each district. Here are some ways we may be able to work with you:

• Assist in the search for tutoring dollars, including grant research and preparation
• Partner with teachers to develop a program that’s already been funded
• Supplement your district’s existing tutoring programs by helping families tap in to the ClassroomPlus grant program

The Learning Lamp offers all services on a mobile basis to school districts across western Pennsylvania. The Learning Lamp is a Pennsylvania Department of Education-approved ClassroomPlus, Educational Assistance Program and Supplemental Education Services provider. We also have experience with the Education Mentoring Grant offered by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Our goal is to work with your staff to build out-of-school time programs that meet the needs of your students. The Learning Lamp’s tutoring sessions are developed by a team including your teachers and our education director, a master’s level educator with a background in curriculum development and implementation. Programs can be small group tutoring sessions, with students grouped by skill set or hybrid tutoring sessions using research-based tutoring webware that offers comprehensive reporting data and individual learning pathways.
