I wanted to let you know that our tutor has been a blessing for our son.  He showed him how important it is to get organized and put time into studying for tests.

The tutor taught our son so many important things and made a connection with our son that has made such a difference in his academic life.  Our son’s English grade started out as a 51%.  After working with the tutor for only three weeks, his English grade was an 82%.

Thank you so very much for finding such a wonderful teacher for my son.  I really appreciate all The Learning Lamp has done for us.

"We are thrilled to be able to bring an author and illustrator of Steven Kellogg’s caliber to children and families in the Johnstown area," said Heidi Rizkalla, Director of Education at The Learning Lamp. "His storytelling is spellbinding and truly timeless; his stories literally unfold on paper right before your eyes."

Kellogg is scheduled to make a school visit in the Johnstown area on Friday, March 16.  He will then kick off the festival with an interactive workshop for children and parents on Friday evening from 5 to 8 p.m., and deliver a second program on Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m.   BookFestivalKids
