Want to Register Your Child?
The Learning Lamp accepts registrations for preschool year round, as long as there is space available in a class. In addition to our preschool registration form, parents will need to supply the following items to register:
- Child’s birth certificate
- Child’s social security card
- Parent driver’s license
- Current physical including immunization record
- Copy of 2011 tax return if requesting a scholarship
