Credit Recovery
Credit recovery through The Learning Lamp is a more flexible option than a traditional summer school setting. Courses are abbreviated versions of our full-year offerings, and are taught by the same quality teaching staff we use year round.
Students can enroll in credit recovery at nearly any time of year, although the most popular times are spring and fall. Courses can be completed at school, home or even the local library or community center. Students may access coursework any time of day.
Credit recovery courses are available to students in any blendedschools.net member district. Students enrolling from one of the Greater Johnstown Career and Technology Center sending districts will also need to attend drop-in sessions with teachers in the GJCTC computer lab.
Tuition is $150 per course. Students may enroll in no more than 2 credit recovery courses at a time. Tuition assistance is available based on income. Please ask our education director for details. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet is required.

Participating school districts must also complete the school district registration form to ensure credits earned will be accepted toward graduation.
