Tuition Assistance

We offer several options for tuition assistance to our employees.

  • Regular, full time employee are eligible for tuition reimbursement of 15% toward a degree that will benefit their current position with The Learning Lamp. Full time employees are those working 40+ hours per week and 12 months per year. The full policy can be found in the Employee Handbook.
  • The RISING STARS TUITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM pays 95 percent of tuition costs for eligible college coursework taken by early learning professionals, with a maximum benefit of $6,000 per individual each fiscal year. To take advantage of this program you must be working 20 hours per week in a DHS licensed facility.
  • The T.E.A.C.H. Scholarship Program pay for 95 percent of tuition and books for 9-15 credits per year at an approved college or university for early learning professionals. To take advantage of this program you must be working 25 hours per week in a DHS licensed facility.
