Earn Cash at The Ecokids’ Children’s Consignment Spring Sale!

Posted on January 16, 2019

Johnstown, PA (Jan. 16, 2019) – Let’s face it– kids grow FAST! If shopping for your children is running your wallet dry, why not fill it up by earning extra cash while clearing out the clothes and toys that your kids don’t use anymore. Register today to consign at the semi-annual EcoKids’ Children’s Consignment Sale on February 28, March 1 and 2, 2019. The sale has grown so much that we’re moving to a larger space—The Galleria at 500 Galleria Drive in Johnstown. The sale will be located near the lower entrance to BonTon.

“The sale gives parents an opportunity to clean out and cash in on the stuff they no longer use or need. Putting in a little time and effort and time to prep items can result in a big return,” said Kerri Belardi, director of communications at The Learning Lamp. “Registration is now open and we are gearing up for another terrific sale and are excited about our NEW location that offers more space that will allow for easier shopping.”

The sale accepts gently used children’s and junior apparel, shoes, toys, furniture, baby equipment, Easter outfits, swimwear and more! Consignors earn 50 percent of the sale price of their items, with the remaining amount going to support The Learning Lamp’s free After School Outreach Program in Moxham, Oakhurst and Coopersdale. This program provides students with a quality after school program where they receive homework help, a healthy meal and participate in character-building activities.

Consignors must register by Monday, February 28, 2019. To learn more about the registration process, please visit http://www.thelearninglamp.org/for-families/childrens-consignment-sale/. If you have any questions, call Natalie at 814-262-0732 extension 227 or email sale@thelearninglamp.org.
