“This is a great opportunity for individuals who like working with kids to come and meet with their potential supervisors, learn about the positions available, and be interviewed on the spot,” said Kayla Cobaugh, director of human resources at The Learning Lamp. “Not only can you have a positive impact on children, many positions allow you to maintain a good work-life balance for yourself. Applicants can work a set schedule or only on a casual, part-time basis. All positions offer holidays, evenings and weekends off.”

Many openings are school year positions, with no evening or weekend hours and holidays off.
