“Job seekers are encouraged to drop in on their lunch break to learn about available positions, meet with their potential supervisors and be interviewed on the spot,” said Kayla Cobaugh, director of human resources at The Learning Lamp. “Applicants can create a set schedule or work on a casual, part-time basis. All positions offer holidays, evenings and weekends off,” she added.
